Rental Policy
- Payment in full for each booking the first of the month the event is taking place with either cash or cheque.
- Please make cheques payable to SDRC Inc.
The SDRC Inc. does not assume responsibility for activities held in our Centre during rental periods. The renter accepts liability and responsibility for persons and for any damage to the building and contents during the rental period.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your booking.
Description of Facilities
The Conference room is carpeted. Seating is sturdy and comfortable. for use.
There is a bathroom.

- Please provide your own supplies. (Water is available).
- Please remove your outer footwear at the door to the Centre.
- Burning of candles and incense is not permitted.
